2021年台灣ICT產業新南向人才媒合會

 

隨著台灣產業布局新南向國家，企業東南亞人才需求劇增，為協助我國廠商布局新南向國家，本會與越南及菲律賓駐台代表處及台灣各大學院校合作，共同辦理「台灣ICT產業新南向人才媒合會」，將邀請越南及菲律賓在台的學生、應屆畢業生及相關人士與本會有新南向人才需求的廠商進行線上媒合，協助我國廠商招募新南向布局所需的技術勞工、工程師及基層幹部等相關人才。歡迎有需求之企業免費報名參加，名額有限，敬請把握機會。

線上媒合進行方式：

主辦單位將預先媒合廠商及求職者雙方需求及並安排洽談時段，活動期間由廠商開啟視訊會議，求職者於安排好之洽談時段連線至線上會議室與廠商進行視訊洽談(視訊會議連結媒合成功後會再提供給學生)。

Taiwan ICT Industry job fair

With the deployment of Taiwan’s ICT industry towards new southbound countries, the demand for talents in Southeast Asia has skyrocketed. In order to assist Taiwanese companies in the deployment of a new southbound countries, the Taiwan Electrical and Electronic Manufacturers’ Association (TEEMA) has cooperated with the Manila Economic and Cultural Office in Taipei (MECO) 、Vietnam Economic and Culture Office in Taipei and various universities and colleges in Taiwan to jointly hold the "Taiwan ICT Industry Job Fair " which will invite Philippine students studied in Taiwan to match jobs with companies that are in need of new Southbound talents from the TEEMA. Due to the impact of the epidemic, the matchmaking process will be conducted by online interview. At present, 16 manufacturers have opened hundreds of vacancies. Graduates of 2021 and 2022 are welcome to sign up to join. Those who are admitted to the company through this recruitment of talents can receive scholarships from the host by presenting relevant certificates. The number of places is limited, please welcome seize the opportunity.

Method of online interview:

The host will pre-match the needs of both the companies and the job seekers, and arrange the online interview schedule. During the event, the companies will initiate the online interview for candidates who have to connect to the link at specified time to join the interview.
